I’ve always loved thinking about, planning, prepping and cooking meals, especially if they’re to serve up to other people, and food is always on my mind! I’m forever writing lists of the food I need to buy, food I already have in my cupboards and what I could make from it, food for birthday parties, dinner parties, and ingredients for recipes I’ve been inspired by.
And, for well over a decade now, I have (almost) every week written a list of the dinners that I intend to make during the week ahead.
Looking back through the lists I’ve been able to see how our tastes have changed, our diets evolved, and discover which recipes have stood the test of time. I hope they’ll become family favourites for you too.
